One Of The Worst Movies I've Ever Seen (srs)

I'm going to speak the truth:

1) There are so many inconsistencies with the character. One minute he is MacGyver. The next minute he is the local town idiot.

2) No plot at all. Just picture everything Cast Away does right, this movie does wrong.

3) Boring beyond all belief.

4) Hilariously bad throughout many scenes.

5) The finale just might be the most pathetic ending to any movie of all time. Without spoiling it, just go back to my first point and magnify that by 100.

STUPID MOVIE!

One of the things that intrigues me is the idea that he wanted to get lost. He didn't really want to survive, or he was battling whether or not he wanted to survive. I think that's one of the main reasons to start the film with the voice-over of his letter - lots of hints there.

It doesn't sound like it was your kind of movie. That's okay.

I thought it was quite an ingenious piece of film making and acting.

How does someone make a film about a guy all on his own in the middle of the ocean and the main character has no dialogue and yet still tries to make it an entertaining film. I thought it was quite cleverly done.

Can this really be the end..to be stuck inside of mobile
with the Memphis blues again.
