Just saw this------- not impressed

Here we have a guy whos is sailing alone a 40' self contained vessel, sailing around one of the busiest shipping lanes and it doesn't have a collision alert system??? There are smaller boats on The Great Lakes with this devices. Dude must sleep like the dead, a hit that that would have jarred him awake.

The US Navy has only recently started requiring classes in navigation, I guess Bobbies of an age where he kinda sorta knew about taking sun shots

It was my impression that those rafts are equipped pretty much the same depending on their size, enough food and water for X amount of people for a week or 2 and 1 other thing, as soon as they're activated, and emergency beacon is activated

Only watched it once, while in the hospital, dozed thru the giant squid attack
