Believe me, I'm dying to see the last season. I just don't have enough Spanish to watch without subtitles, and I want to watch on Netflix through my Apple TV device, which makes it really easy to read them. I've begged Netflix more than once to get the rest of the series. ::sigh:: I've watched the first two seasons four times now! BTW, a friend came over today. She'd watched the whole thing on her own so we watched the very first episode again together. She speaks some Spanish, so it was great as she helped with some of the Spanish words I was curious about (doncella for maid, for example), and we had great laughs over various situations and discussed motivations and stuff. (Andres is hilarious in the first episode!) I must say, it's even more fun to watch it with a fellow fan. She told me she did try to watch the first episode of the last season on YouTube, but it wasn't very satisfactory, so she gave up. Whatever their subtitle situation, it didn't work for her. She had a hard time following it.
Thanks for the help with "yorens." I figured it was something like that. I just didn't know if the little tail on the ç meant anything. Perhaps it means an s sound when most c's in that part of a word would be pronounced th en Castellano.

I'm in love with this show. I.m Spanish/Cuban but was born here in the USA, so even I needed to glance at the subtitles. I'm confused about whether or not Netflix has it all. I see 3 seasons there (42 Episodes). if the rest is on Youtube without subtitles the auto subtitles really stink, it prints what the automation THINKS the words are and its often nonsense things like "yes, I grave cat mother the dress with the skyscraper weasles". I will watch on Youtube if indeed there is more. Anyone know if Netflix does have it all?

Of course, I share your enthusiasm. I actually got in touch with Netflix a few days ago (for the second time) and talked to someone via a chat begging her to get the rest of the series, which is one more season of 22 episodes. As you know, the subtitles on YouTube basically suck and are useless, plus watching a high-quality show like this on YouTube just doesn't cut it. The woman I talked to said the show was very popular and they were doing their best to get the rest of it. I told her I had been checking every day to see if Season 3 was up there. This show has prompted me to go back to trying to learn Spanish, and I'm making a lot of progress using the Pimslear Approach and watching one or two episodes of Gran Hotel a day (for my fifth time through it). It never gets boring (I find myself more and more amazed at how they wove this whole complicated thing together), and I find that so many times when I learn a new word or phrase, it shows up in the next show I watch. It's great fun to be able to pick out at least short phrases without the subtitles and know what they mean. At any rate, you might try also contacting Netflix and doing what I did. I pointed out that the cliffhangers they left us with at the end of that last episode were enough to curl your hair! LOL ¡O mi Dios!

Hi Wendy - Llorenç is a Catalan (from Barcelona) and his name is the Catalan version of Lorenzo. The ll in Catalan is pronounced more like the traditional double ll in Spanish - so not a y but more like a ly. So his name is more like Lyorens than Yorens... And yes, the ç is an s sound.
