Is Season 3 the end? (DO NOT include spoilers)

Does Season 3 conclude all the story lines? Will there be a Season 4?

Season 3 is the end. Sorry about that. I know it's tough when good things come to an end, but I must say that last episode is one of the most satisfying I've seen with very clever usage of the technology of the time. Season 3 is a little darker than the rest, but it's still just as exciting, imho.
