I think Alicia, or rather the woman who plays her, has the kind of face that is more striking in youth, particularly because of her eyes. Her features are very sharp. Many people gain at least some weight with age and, of course, the softening and sagging of the skin is unfortunately inevitable, so the beauty of sharp features is naturally less timeless. I can't imagine what she'll look like in middle age and beyond, but I would guess she'll age into a softer kind of beauty.
Sofia's features strike me as more classical, and her actress is considerably older than Amaia Salamanca, so we already have a better idea of what she may look like when she's older. I'd agree with the OP that she has the sorts of features that do better with the natural process of aging.
They're both beautiful and they're both skilled actresses, I hope to see them in more! I actually first saw Amaia Salamanca in Velvet, where she plays a character who is quite different from Alicia.
