Too bad someone who speaks Spanish doesn't translate Yon's interview. I'd love to know what he's saying. After studying Spanish since last July, I'm still pretty clueless when it comes to understanding a whole bunch of Spanish spoken at once. ::sigh:: Nice site though! And isn't he so cute? 😉

I felt the same as you. If you check yongonzalezinternational.com you will find just about all of his video interviews with English subtitles and many of his written interviews translated. :-)

Wow, thanks! I've been watching a bunch of the videos. A couple of them I had tried to watch months ago on YouTube, but they were all in Spanish and I gave up. This so great! I've been watching El internado these days, and Yon has a big part in that. It's really nice to hear him talk about himself and all about his projects. I was happy to know he and Eloy Azorín get along so well. Eloy seems really funny to me. It would be a blast to see those two together. Anyway, this was great, thanks again, and I'll check back with your site from time to time. I hope some of his other projects get picked up by Netflix so we can see them with subtitles although perhaps in a year or two I'll be proficient enough in Spanish not to need them. Wouldn't that be great? 👍

Glad you like it.. I am working on more videos now and should have them up in the next few days.. when he starts shooting Bajo Sospecha, his current series, there should be more appearances from him. I have four dedicated fans helping me with all this and I am really excited about it. I have learned things that I never would have ever tried, but for my obsession with Yon.. anyway, enjoy!

BTW, if you ever hear of Grand Hotel being released on DVD with English subtitles, please post something about it here. 😃 I would buy it in a heartbeat.

I'll let you know if I hear of it. But that may not happen for a while since Netflix is running it subtitled.
