Agatha Christie as joke, the actresses ascent in English is faker than a coper Rolex it was ridiculous. ?

Yeah, it was kind of too bad they didn't use an actual English person to play the role. But I've seen her in another film, and she's definitely Spanish. She wasn't too bad with the few English words she used in Gran Hotel, but I did have a hard time thinking she was actually not Spanish trying to play an Englishwoman.

Sorry I actually meant her accent in Spanish trying to sound like an English person speaking Spanish, it was pathetic (Spanish is my first language and I know when an English speaking person speaks Spanish, it's a distinct pronunciation).

I'll bet, though there are so many English accents, that's bound to affect the Spanish pronunciation in various ways. But it seemed to me that she spoke English more like an American would, and Agatha Christie was English. Oh well, you can't have everything.
