Release date pushed 7 March 2013 and only in Argentina? WTF?

I have heard it is showing at some Film festival end of Oct/early Nov...with a view to finding a buyer. I cannot see it getting a mainstream release this year to be honest..but you never know

I thought Lionsgate already had distribution rights?

That doesn'y make it going to a theater. Most of there movies go only to rental and purchase.
