I consider Cage and Cusack to be actors from the same generation, similar in a way I really can't put the finger on, but I'm happy to see a movie with them two together.
I'm also glad that Cage has the role of the officer, I'm not sure I would be able to take him seriously or if he could handle the role if he was the bad guy. Furthermore, Cusack actually looks very much like the killer with those glasses and I think he would be able to portray the cold demeanor of a serial killer.

I actually posted this without knowing there was a trailer, because I had just stumbled on this movie.
The trailer.. wasn't really exciting, in my opinion, but on the other hand trailers usually suck. It presented the movie too actiondrama-oriented for my taste, but let's see.

Me too. But more or less because it's John Cusack in a bad guy role (I don't think I've ever seen him in one before). Nicolas Cage can do some good stuff every now and then - but the longer this is taking to release the more I'm thinking something has gone wrong during production (hence the hold up).

This movie is probably one of the few films I'm looking forward to 2013 and will probably go out of my way to see it.
