Victims being acknowledged at the end before the credits.

I really liked that. It really hit home and made me feel very sad but also happy that Hollywood took the time to list them instead of just a dedication line or two before they rolled the credits. Just wanted to say that, having just seen the film. I had no idea of this story and I am glad they treated it this way instead of some action thriller.

Also nice to see Cage in a meaningful film again.

Yes it was a really nice touch to do it like that and it is a great movie and great acting from all involved.

I just watched this movie last night. It's creepy to think that this was going on back then (or anytime at all), such a sick man - glad he got a real long sentence and no parole.

that was a nice touch. I had the killer is rotting in hell.

reply

The killer is still alive in prison.

For sure. It's an easy movie to miss, given recent drab products by both lead actors, and I can understand people who choose not to watch it. But that's their loss, this movie lives up to the actors best work, and the direction could not have been any better, given the story.

It was about time that victims be given more attention

Agreed, it was a very nice touch to list the victims, including the survivor/witness.

I really liked Cage and Cusack in this, and Hudgens also.
