Hudgens does another fantastic job, along with Cage

I've seen this when it came out and it was on Netflix about a year or so ago. I didn't think it would be much but as a Cage fan (who can make some real stinkers lol) he came out and did a really good job.
Now the biggest surprise was Hudgens !!. She came out and played a troubled young girl caught in way over her head and running for her life REALLY well. I thought it may have been a mistake or just was plain lucky but then I saw "Gimmie Shelter ". She was really amazing in that and put on an award winning role for an actress in 2014. The film flew under the radar such as "Frozen Ground".
The only thing is now I'd like to see her in a different style role because these films called for a similar situation on which to act. I don't see her as a lot of the young kids on IMDB do which is from the "Mickey mouse Club" or stuff like that because I'm just old enough that when she was doing that I certainly didn't watch or have any of that sort of material on my radar lol. Anyway she did a really surprising job and I'm going to look for her in the future to do more "open release" films where I see her diversity..
