I honestly really liked this movie, I actually even bought the DVD and I have watched it 5 times now and it gets me everytime. 73% of the critics on RT seemed to also like it but what I don't get it the audience. I went through the user reviews here and ALL of them are 1-star reviews. ALL OF THEM. Not a single positive review that I saw. Why so much hate? I thought this was a really good and funny summer movie.

I assume it's because people don't like it because of the good moral and not enough excessively rude humor like national lampoons animal house and we're the millers. People praise the film that's my boy and that had bad moral and excessive crude,sexual humor and its critically considered one of the worst movies ever made;very unpopular with critics and if you say anything negative about people backlash at you meanwhile this film is popular with critics and has a couple of good messages in it. I guess people love to waste their time slandering movies anonymously just to waste and pass time.

The OP is referring to the amount of people who seemed to disliked the film after seeing it, not the amount of money it made at the box office.
