She wears an identical top over her top?

Not identical... one's white, the other a slightly different cut is pale blue/grey...

Layering like that is fashion...

But she looked good whatever :)

Whatever.... may even have been a goof.... but she was definitely wearing two vest tops at once... but looked good on her :)

Not only that but when her one night stand got his head shot apart her face and said white top was spattered in his blood then the next scene she runs outside her flat and the top and face show no signs of blood at all!
