They said walking to where the guards are securing entrance to Chernobyl was about 12 miles so why did none of the characters ever go there to get help? I understand not wanting to go there directly after the car died since they entered illegally, but once the driver goes missing and Chris gets injured, wouldn't any rational human being go to the guards to call for help?
shareIt was 12-13 miles away or so. Thats one point. Next one is they may have rather found the part they needed for the van and they did. But that didn't work. It probably had nothing to do with them illegaly entering. They just didn't. Like in most movies.
shareDid you miss the part with the dogs that chased them ?, and they did not go at night because of the attack and the fact they may know which way to go but getting there in that tough terrain is far harder then it looks.
