It wasn't about having sex. It was about Rabbit killing her. Sex was supposed to be part of it but maybe not a necessity. Besides, there was no reason for them to fake it. She was willing to do anything with him. And for your last concern, Angie knew he has never touched a girl and I think we could assume that an 18 year old girl that attractive has had enough experience to get them by. Its not rocket science to have intercourse.
