Which book is Death by Miss Adventure?

I have been reading the books while watching the series, but I am confused by this episode. Not only can I not find a matching book (it isn't listed on the Phryne Fisher website), I don't know when something happened to her sister and who is that guy in prison? I did miss the first two TV episodes, but read all the books up to Away with the Fairies. and when and how did Mrs. Butler die?

There isn't a book that corresponds with this TV episode. Strangely enough Death by Misadventure was the alternate title for the first book Cocaine Blues.

As with some other points that are different in the books to the TV series Mrs Butler does not appear at all in the TV series but she is in all the books.
