was a little dissappointed in the first two episodes

I've had my eye on this series for awile, and finally got around to watching the first few episodes. The characters are great and all, I love Phryne and all and as my mom says her character is very reminiscent of agatha christies tuppence, and I think a little nancy drew in there.

However, I couldn't help but think the first two episodes were the exact same mystery, I watched the first episode and I knew from the moment they said the wife was poisoned that she was the one behind it all, very predictable, and then in the second episode the exact same thing happened, the daughter was in on it, and was cloraphormed to move suspicion away from her... I started the episode and I couldn't help but think "PLEASE let it be anyone other than the daughter" and then it turned out to be the daughter and her boyfriend.

I do however look forward to the rest of the episodes, as I said, it's got some great characters, and I believe that even if it continues to be predictable, that it will end up being an extremely delightful series.
