So whatever happened to Marianna (the girl who poisoned the victim) and Vincenzo (Marianna's lover)?

I like to think that Jack will consider Marianna with extenuating circumstance, that is, Nonna Luisa was beating her and was going to kill Vincenzo. Add that Nonna Luisa was going to send her back to Italy, she got a pretty good reason. But I think it's more likely that Marianna will be hanged because she was the killer, which made me sad.

As for Vincezo I thought he will be jailed for attacking Nonna Luisa.

Any thoughts?

Marianna is a killer so even under the circumstances, I don't feel sorry for her. She could have warned Vincenzo that he was on Nonna's hit list and they could have taken off, like they were going to do before Nonna found out about their affair and started looking for a hitman.

As for Vincenzo, he will go free. He didn't try to kill her and she isn't alive to lodge a complaint against him for their fight so he'll go free.

The arrogance of man is thinking nature is in our control, and not the other way around.
