shareWhen it is this blatant, with the same title, it usually means an homage is paid and spiced up with some exotic settings and circumstances.
I wish such talents can do the same with Gilbert & Sullivan's The Mikado. This needs an overhaul.

Ahhhh kris-gray I know I'm a bit late to reply here, but this program has only recently run where I'm living in the States. But, in all your outrage, you do realize the Agatha Christie's 1939 novel And Then There Were None (not titled Ten Little Indians) was actually based on an nursery rhyme that dates back to 1868. Thereby predating Christie's novel by about 70 years? Alright? So, who swiped what from whom? Yes, that's right, the word homage as cosmic_surveyor states is more appropriate than knee jerk rage. Truly there is nothing new under the sun anymore.
shareActually that particular Christie novel has gone by several titles, depending on where and when it was published. I believe And Then There Were None has become it's most common title, but Ten Little Indians is one of the names its gone by during its long history.

What do you mean about the same title??
I watched the series on Netflix. None of the episodes is entitled "Ten Little Indians."
However, other episodes seem to give homage to various other famous murder mysteries, like Murder Most Scandalous ("Murder Most Foul" Agatha Christie movie) and Murder on the Ballarat Train ("Murder on the Orient Express") and Death at Victoria Dock (Christie had a similar sounding title) and Dead Man's Chest (Christie's "The Mystery of the Spanish Chest") and others.
