Murder and Mozzarella
Very confusing plot! Sorry, but I didn't get who put the poisoned mushrooms in Nonna's omelette?
shareIt was the granddaughter, Marianna - the one who was in love with Vincenzo,
the guy from the rival family. They showed the deed in a shadowy flashback,
while she was confessing to Phrynne. Marianna and Nonna were having brunch,
and Marianna tossed the toxic funghi into Nonna's omeletto, whilst Nonna's back
was turned, facing the oven or something.
Apparently, Nonna was planning to send Marianna to "the old country", which
was the last straw, along with Nonna's apparent abuse (both physical and psychological) of Marianna (and others).
Nonna wasn't a very nice Nonna, it seems.
