Season 3 in the USA

Any news or ideas as to when we will get to see Season 3 in the USA?

I'm wondering the same thing, too. Can't wait.

It's on YouTube!

reply

No. It was never shown for free in the U.S., on Youtube or anywhere else. It was being sold for profit by Acorn, and then would appear on Netflix (Netflix bought it).

When a U.S. site went to Youtube, it just directed viewer to a pay site.

It's been on for 3 weeks in the Bay Area on KTEH; I like seeing it "live," but on Blu-Ray, it's to die for, the colors just pop!

Check your local PBS station

Available on Netflix streaming.

I'm in New Jersey, and our "local" (non-New York) PBS station, NJTV, is
currently showing Season 3; I've just seen episode 5 (Death And Hysteria).

PBS New York (WNET) does NOT show the Miss Fishers, which is a shame,
but thankfully it's on our 'other' PBS, NJTV - which has been showing them
from the beginning, since a couple years ago or something... 

As others above have indicated, many U.S. PBS stations have shown Miss Fisher for a few years now.

It just seems to be a matter of where you are and what your own PBS station shows.

And Netflix US has had it for quite awhile now.

My own two local PBS stations finished Series 3 a week or so ago, and yesterday began rerunning Miss Fisher from the first episode of the first season, showing how she got into the lady detective biz.

For those who get Miss Fisher on PBS, this is an opportunity to start all over again from the beginning--if you don't use Netflix and your PBS station is on a similar schedule i.e. starting over from S1E1...
