I really like this series!

I really like it too! Beautiful acting and stunning costumes, even exceptional storylines to boot. But sadly I get the feeling that despite having such positive reviews, that there will not be a season 4.... It's been in the talks but nothing seems to budge.

According to the MFMM facebook page, there is no season 4 at the moment, but Essie Davies signed for a Miss Fisher movie.

Not bad news if you ask me, but I hoped for a season 4, since I am more interested in a sequel rather than a prequel.

Yep, ditto.

I mean, I'd still see it, with all the original cast. But I would much more prefer to have a series 4 and see a continuation.
