Honestly hadn't heard it was a French movie. It just seems like very cliche overly emotional schlock

Get this a black man (also a criminal) becomes the driver of a cripple. But they learn that life is hard for both of them and become close friends

Give me a break. Its such a stupid plot. Maybe the French film is better idk
