You can assume all the comedians write their own stuff, Jeff Ross, Lampanelli, Amy Schumer, Whitney Cummings, Gilbert Godfried. I'm not sure about Seth, as he his not really a standup, but he probably writes some of it.
You can always tell who writes their own stuff by how much they read from a teleprompter and when they come up with notes (probably changes made since the teleprompter text was written). Charlie was reading every single word.
