Watching On Netflix

I just started watching both movies on Netflix. I finished the first one, now I'm into the second. God, the radical cast changes are hilarious. It feels like Don Cheadle being replaced by Michael Clark Duncan. I'm getting a kick out of just that.

Not to mention the radical changes in set designs. It's like a bad movie double feature. I love it!

I should get a couple people together for a movie night and watch both these again.

Yeah, I don't think it would be easy to watch them back-to-back. It was a lot easier taking a break between each one. It seems to flow a little better. It's not like any of the actors are iconic so it's not like casting Stallone as Rambo and then Seth green as Rambo in the sequel. But it is a small jolt to the system to re-acquaint yourself with the characters with new actors playing the parts.

But they've done that with a few key players in a film series (just not with the ENTIRE cast, to the best of my knowledge)

I imagine the third and final film in this trilogy will have another entirely new cast which should make marathon-watching the series even more weird.

I just watched it back to back on Netflix. I actually assumed they got old. Everyone does feel the same. D'acconia is black. Etc.
