Watch This Over and Over

Love this movie, love Keira Knightly's singing. I also loved 'Once' I watched them both because nothing else was on and I just decided to check it out. I don't know how many times I've watched thsee movies. I usually don't watch movies like this.

i'm sure this is as good as you say it is but i had trouble watching it even once. i couldn't connect with the characters and the music. had to skim over the music and singing scenes to shorten the movie.

is this movie for 30 and under people?

The music is great (especially that bar scene!), but I watch it over and over just for the human connection of it. Do you notice that moment toward the end just after they talk about doing more recording? They hug and pull away, and there's this moment where they silently acknowledge their connection, then walk away, knowing nothing will likely ever come of it. It's heartbreaking, but realistic, and probably the most important moment in the movie.
