How did Greta know her boyfriend had been screwing 'Mim?'

He was playing a song he had recorded (when he had that hideous mustache,) and Greta slapped him, and he admitted it.

How did she know???

She could tell by the new song. They were songwriters together and she could tell from the lyrics that he wrote the song for/about Mim.

Before he even played it, I knew it was going to be for another woman when he said "I found inspiration in LA." Because when they were first in town and meeting with that Exec, he said Gretta was always his inspiration. So I assume she picked up on something similar.
