Does anyone know the U.S. release date for this? Will it be a DTV or theater release?

Never heard about this film till the trailer. Really looking forward to this but its prob only going to get a DVD release.

I'm seeing today, Jan. 25, 2013 as a limited release. I'm in LA, and can't find any listings. I even tried a NYC zip code for the heck of it, and nothing there either.
