SPOILER FREE Review

I was really excited to see this movie, and it's without a doubt one of the best genre films I've seen this year (and this has been a pretty great year for horror in my opinion). Unfortunately, most of the reviews I read prior to watching it gave a bit too much away for my taste. This is especially true of viewers who didn't like the film and mention significant plot points because they didn't notice and/or like how they added up in the end. It's fine to dislike something, but don't ruin it for others.

I wrote a review on my blog that avoids major plot points and instead focuses on what the film does well thematically without spoiling the elements that make it special.
