Warren trying to look 20 years younger doesn't help but the film itself looks like formula comedy with heap big star Warren as a quirky but lovable old Howie. The squandered career crawls on.

What's missing in movies is same as in society: a good sense of work ethic and living up to ideals.
It seems all over the place. Confusing plot, misleading title. Too glamorous, the yellow tint in the photography, only A-listers in the cast. Dunno but looks like a tiresome movie. It's surprising that this was a pet project for Beatty for so many years.
