Really? Really?

I'm sure it has been discussed on here numerous times, but I have to rant & express my feelings. Here goes:

1. The fact that this based on true events is mind-boggling.
~ Who in their right mind would fall for this in a real life situation?
2. How could Becky be so stupid?
~ She should have left as soon as he asked for a strip search & told the "officer" that if he needed to arrest her he could find her at her house or somewhere else.
3. How could Sandra be so gullible?
~ Really, how about verifying with the regional manager first? Or better yet, check the *beep* security tapes? Maybe speak with the "victim"?
