This was actually very good if you take the time to...
analyze it a little bit. The only two people who were actually compliant were Sandra and her milquetoast boyfriend. And if you study them, they are both pretty much losers. They probably had low self-esteem and were probably intimidated by authority. You could tell Sandra was very conflicted, but she also thought her boss was on the other line and that he was aware of what was going on the whole time. The fat chick was with Becky only briefly, as was the kid and he immediately started complaining about what they were doing. But, they were overwhelmed with customers and they kept getting shoved back to get to work.
And I think Becky just lost her will and gave up the fight.
The guy that called Daniels out at the end was obviously a man who knew when someone was bullshi^^ing him and and held his ground, luckily.
I think this probably is inspired by the Millman experiment.
It did seem to move at a snail's pace, but, aside from that it was a very decent movie. But, also, I like studying sociology. I'm sure the movie isn't for everyone.
