There is no doubt In my mind that his family killed Nicholas Barclay. It stated at the beginning that he was a dark boy and at 13 he had already had 3 tattoos. They also said He was also very street smart indicating that he was probably selling drugs and might've been in a gang. Maybe he was killed by a rival gang and they dumped his body. But to me his family seems to know more about his disappearance than they say they do. His mother stated that she would never kill any of her children, that she's always been crazy but never violent. Why would you say that? That made her look guilty not to mention she failed a polygraph exam, granted she took 3 and passed 2, it's still very easy to pass those exams. Also his older brother was accused by Frederic to have killed Nicholas with his mother. And when questioned he was at a drug rehab and immediately escaped and OD'd. Suspicious? I don't know but something had to have driven him over the edge. I'm almost certain that his family became tired of him and Nicholas became too much for them to handle and one of them accidentally killed him. Most likely Jason, and the rest hid his body somewhere. Most likely In that backyard. Hopefully they find his body so that justice can be served.
