It can't be as bad as Terrifier 1 & 2
Is it meant to be an over-the-top comedy horror? I guess 84 mins is not that long to invest.

Oh, believe me, it's worse, and I didn't care for Terrifier at all. It was filler torture porn with bland, useless characters (hey, that reminds me).
And that 84 minutes feels like forever because there are scenes that drag just to get it to the required minimum (feature length) runtime.
Yeah, I was hoping for "so bad it's good" and it was mostly just lame. However, I have seen worse. I think it did not need too much that could have improved it to acceptable cult horror comedy.
But that ending, I was literally staring at the screen and spoke out loud to myself: "that's the end?"
