Were these guys at the end human killers or supernatural ones??
I thought they must be human. But the things they do & accomplish (especially the female *doll* following them around), the crowd dispersing...etc. doesn't seem possible by a human!

shareI don't think the masked people were supernatural. Just really dedicated killers. The killers probably followed them throughout most of the trip as a means to scare them. That's why we saw the doll girl again later on in the movie. As for the crowd dispersing: they disappeared when the people inside the RV looked away. At least that's my guess.

My take on it was that a group of people were all working together at various haunts across the country to find victims who were interested in "extreme haunts." Once they found these people, they were directing them to the Blue Skeleton location to kill them. So yes, I think they were human. Perhaps influenced by some sort of dark forces, but definitely human.
The female doll following them around wouldn't be too difficult. She was at the first haunt, and they also attracted a lot of attention at that haunt by climbing on the roof and pissing people off. That, plus the fact that they were asking around about Blue Skeleton put a target on their back. So they started trailing them from there. Any of the people they interviewed could have gotten an idea about that haunt they were planning on attending next, so it wouldn't have been hard to follow them.
