Does Anyone Else Think...

That they all survived? That it was merely an intense haunted house experience the whole time? We never see anyone actually die. All of the cut scene interludes imply that notion.

Other than that, I thought this was a great FF film.

reply

That's possible. The people they have interviewed stated some people would go pretty far to scare somebody, but they would never harm anybody.

reply

The thought did cross my mind.

But at the same time, if it was just for fun, albeit extremely traumatizing fun, it would be damn risky and dangerous to bury people alive without the possibility of at least one of them dying from suffocation or the coffin caving in.

Plus its a horror film so I think it was real. Also I thought one of them did get attacked and die? In the dark room you see the flashlight drop and hear the guy getting bludgeoned/attacked. And I don't recall seeing him again in one of the coffins

Also, did anyone think the guy being interviewed by the girl at the end was the one wearing the skeleton mask staring at the camera? not that it really makes a difference.

I have a PhD and an IQ of 155, and I enjoyed this movie. Don't tar everyone with your myopic brush.

Check several posts. We are smarter than the creators of this over average decent movie!

What the *beep* does a PhD and a high IQ have to do with anything? God what a pretentious piece of human garbage. Typically people who advertise these attributes to total stranger on a forum for an all but unknown film actually have IQ's of 100 and a bachelors degree at best. So I, and I'm sure others who read your comment, will assume the latter.

I hope your enjoyment of this movie leads you to try an "extreme haunt" and you end up like the characters in this movie.

You should add "humble and truthful" to your resume.

I never got the impression that anyone survived.
If the killers are human (which seems somewhat confusing!), they clearly have lethal intentions...NOT 'scare you' ones.
I felt this film was "The Blair Witch Project" meets "The Strangers" meets "Saw".

These killers literally advertise on the Internet as the 'ultimate scare". When what they really are planning is torture & MURDER!

I'd say this cloud is Cumulo Nimbus.
Didn't he discover America?
Penfold, shush.

Yeah i thought it was just an extrene haunt but when they got buried or she did i was thinking hmmm. Maybe not then. But you never know.

Also yeah the guy at the end interviews think that was the skeleton mask guy just before it.

5 minutes into the movie we learn that the group didn't survive

reply

The way the movie is set up with the "disclaimer" at the beginning that the footage came from a documentary being filmed and presumably the "Blue Skeleton" haunted house members, I think it's safe to say that the cast did not survive.

reply

Could be. Either way, I found it rather boring, which is a pity because I thought the idea was a good one.
