Those posters of the cast we see in the bumpers between breaks are pretty stupid and a bit offensive -- Meg Tilly holding a bomb? All the women are like made totally feminine and sexed up some. It is like some 1940s attempt to show the women are still "women" -- is that intentional? If so, interesting.

I believe that those pictures are supposed to be like the 1940's pin up girl pictures that were so popular during WWII.

Them being a takeoff, perhaps a bit ironical, of them makes sense.
