At the end of Season One, Gladys had been fired because Lorna said the positive pregnancy test was hers. How/when did she get her job back?

At the end of the last s1 episode, Gladys and Betty walk into the Victory Munitions yard, with the clear intent of Gladys getting her job back. Looks like she succeeded.
