Vera's line to Archie 'Fancy a Kiss?'

It's driving me crazy...that's a line from an old movie, I think with Marlene Dietrich. A prostitute pulls back her hair to reveal a scar and says it to a sailor or soldier. Anyone know what movie it was?

That was Witness for the prosecution.
But if it is done on purpose, it's a bid anachronism : this film was made in 1957.
