I get that he likes damsels in distress, or he just likes unavailable women, but... damn his character is such a mess. I just cannot deal with him anymore. I kind of wish Daniel would leave the series altogether and stick to The Originals.

Joel is a good doctor and can be a good person when he wants to be. I think he's just incapable of settling down with anyone or anything right now. It will be tough to write him off if he's the father of Alex's baby.

Not only that Joel wasn't in the episode "The Way We Were" at all and this is the first and only episode that's happaned.

shareIDK, I mean if it's between this and The Originals I'd rather he stay on this show, I don't like his character on the originals at all to be honest although that's not a popular opinion. Plus this show seems to be doing much better than that one.
