I did this for all of Season 2, mainly for those in the US, like myself who couldn't watch the series due to NBC's error of not renewing it. Thankfully CTV was smart enough to keep the series going.

Season 3 Episode 1 "Heave Can Wait"
The aftermath of Alex being stabbed sets in motion some new tensions, first Charlie has some fist to say to joel when he finds out it was his patient that caused the stabbing. Maggie reevaluates her relationship to Gavin and Alex goes through her own little limbo that connects to her brother and fathers suicide.

SEASON 3 EPISODE 2 "Kiss Me Goodbye"
Alex sees the ghost of one of Maggie's patience but can't understand why she can't see her. Joel decides to attempt to save a drug addicts leg but may not be able to keep him from dong drugs again. Maggie deals with a new doctor when her patient ends up with a blown aneurysm. Alex also request that Charlie remove her breathing tube in the hopes that it'll help her to awaken quicker

Breaking Away
Alex and Joel are thrown together when a mother is in desperate need of a liver transplant and must convince the transplant board when her son(who has Down Syndrome)offers to be her donor, Charlie in the meantime is haunted by the mother as she is insistent that he stop any chance of her son donating. Alex also is dealing with her own psychological issues since waking up and now having Maggie as a roommate.
