M*A*S*H had a very similar episode except Hawkeye wasn't dumb enough to walk around casually with an unexploded ordinance set to go off in few seconds.
shareThere was a similar episode several years back where they handed it off to the bomb guy and it exploded just before getting to the disposal unit. I think it was on Grey's Anatomy but I'm not certain.
