HYPNOBIRTHING?

Has anyone ever done this? I had never heard of this before. I did some research.
VERY intersting. If I were a womon wanting natural (no meds) child birth, this would be by far the most attractive.
It may not work for everyone. But I think if you believe and immerse yourself in the process, it could be very beneficial to the mother, the baby and definitely the father. Less screaming is good. No screaming is incredible if that is possible.

In the show they call it flakey. I wonder if the actress tried it for her real pregnancy and birthing.

I did a little research at the time too, and yeah, very interesting. Wish they would have pursued it more. The character that called it flakey, Shahir, is a neurosurgeon and I don't think he believes in very much that isn't exact science...wonder what he'd think of Charlie's ability. Do love his character and the actor though.

Milo, I've told you again and again - please, don't walk on the chickens!

I did the Bradley Method (http://www.bradleybirth.com/) with no screaming, but then lots of people don't scream
