From the get go I knew there was something weird about Kristine. Why did Charlie see her in his vision about his car accident? We finally learned something solid about Kristine and met a character who actually knows her. There is still a lot of mystery surrounding her, but she is gone now. What is the deal with Alex's and Charlie's flashback memories to drawing a heart on the beach? Why was Charlie's spirit in a tuxedo last episode?
shareI don't think Charlie saw Kristine in that vision, but she did see the same thing when they touched. Still not exactly sure why, maybe just a connection between ghost seers or a premonition.
Last season Alex kept having the beach vision, not sure if was an exact premonition or just a flash of the possible future she said she wanted with Charlie. When Charlie flashed to it in this episode he was ready to die, walk off and leave Alex and Luke. I think it's supposed to represent the happy life they have or can have together and what they give up if they walk away.
Don't know why Charlie was back in the tux. Familiarity?

Your guess is as good as mine. Also, last season Charlie was re-living his memory of being in the car accident with his parents. His adult spirit was in the back of the car beside his younger self. I have no idea what the purpose of that was.

Charlie is wearing the tux from when he had his accident in the beginning of the whole show season 1. It represents him being back in the same position that he was in, with him being unconscious and then in the coma and unable to communicate with anyone, especially Alex.
