All who guessed it is right and here's why. The moment Alex woke up from the coma Charlie got a visit from another spirit telling Charlie she isn't fully back now with this info it started revealing this cryptic message which lead to their break up and then in the season finale after she gave birth and charlie held the baby all her memories and time with Charlie came flooding back which answered the cryptic message that the spirit told Charlie.

The thing that was missing a part of Alex was motherhood that somehow was left behind in the spirit world which i assumed they talked bout having a child before the series even started. With her motherhood returning the moment she hands off the baby to Charlie indicating he is the father and if he wasn't the father Alex wouldn't say I love you charlie she been still drawing a blank lol.

I know .... In Season 3 Episode 3, when Alex forgot about Charlie and her life. Joel wrote on a piece of paper everything she needed to know about of life & all Joel wrote is she is doctor! ..... Alex is more than just a Doctor .... She is a woman, love sports, and now a mother!!! Charlie wanted to have a baby with her for a long time ... Alex had made love with Charlie after she got stab in the heart. Alex said she did not love him anymore! Why did she have sex with him because subconscious she remember the conversation Alex Spirit with Charlie about having a baby..... Alex had a future vision (Heart) after she made love with Charlie & before she had sex with Joel.... With the vision of Charlie at the beach with Baby Luke. A vision that came true ... Even in Season 4, Alex was sitting down with Baby Luke showing him pictures of her dancing. Alex said I hoped you have my rhyme in instead your Dads. Meaning, she knows who the father is!....It make since about what Alex left behind is her desire to become a mother with Charlie ..... I hoped that in Season 5 that Charlie (If Saving Hope tell us!)will be the Biological Father to Baby Luke!!!
