I just watched the episode where the spirit of a cab driver tells Charlie to check his jacket pocket. Charlies goes to the morgue, finds the ghost's clothing, and then finds Alex's wedding vows. There is a flashback to the accident that put Charlie in the coma.

When the ghost appears during another man's surgery, Charlie finishes his procedure on the man's leg and leaves Alex to continue with her part of the surgery. The ghost says something about Alex and Charlie replies that she is the one who just pronounced him dead earlier.

I don't remember that scene. Did i miss something or are they just referring to something that happened but wasn't part of the episode?

In the beginning of that Episode (Season 3 Episode 16), Alex was working hard on keeping the cab driver alive doing CPR.....Jackson said, its been 23 minutes .....Alex said, He is not coming back & tries to feel for pulse...Alex said, 8:21 and told Jackson that she will fill out he death certificate...............When Charlie first meets the cab driver ghost....Charlie was coming out of Surgery with Alex ......Charlie says "What are you looking at?"....Cab driver ghost says "its her" ....Charlie Says "Ok, let me ask the question again"...Charlie say "What do want?"....Cab driver ghost says "I'll never let to go" and saying "I know her from somewhere"...Charlie says "Yeah, she pronounce you dead"....Cab driver ghosts says "No, from before"....Cab driver ghosts says "I can't remember".....Charlie says "I think you are mistaken"...Cab driver ghost says "No, I am not!" ....Cab driver ghost says "I never let you go" and again he repeat that "I never let you go"...Charlie says, "Ok, you can stop saying that"....Cab driver ghosts is saying "Go", "Go", "I never let you go"...........Charlie before saw Alex pronounce the cab driver dead & saw the cab driver ghosts at the beginning of the Episode. Charlie did not think about that is the cab driver from the pilot (Season 1 Episode 1)were Charlie ended up in the coma....Charlie, later does .....The cab driver ghost was trying to remember Alex from her Wedding ride in his cab & her wedding vows she drop in his cab. (S1E1)

Thank you for the quick reply.

I rewatched the beginning of the episode again last night and saw the opening scene with the cab driver. I don't know how i missed it before. Either i tuned in a minute late or completely zoned out at the beginning of the episode.

It was obvious that the ghost from that first scene is the one who appears later. I think since i missed that opening scene i confused the ghost with the patient who was being operated on.
