Joel memorial services
I think there was no memorial for Joel at the start of Season 4 Episode 1 because of Alex maternity leave ....If Season (4) started off just after Alex had the baby....Then all the Doctors will have Joel memorial service ....Then Alex would have to go on her maternity.....Alex would have be gone for a few months!....So, what did happen ......Season 4, started off 8 or 9 months later so Alex can back to work!
