When is Mid-Season?.......This was off of Erica Durance T.V. post as of June 8, 2016...It said #CTV Upfront Season 5 of Saving Hope will premiere Mid-Season on Sunday's at 9:00 pm. Season 4 will encore on Saturday Nights this Fall.... My question is when is Mid-Season?.......Someone told me that Mid-Season meant January......Hopefully that is not the case!..... So, When is Mid-Season?

If you can respond.......Why so long .....If Saving Hope Canada is not showing Season 5 until the earliest January 2017 and we saw the cliffhanger conclusion of Season 4 on February 14, 2016 that it almost a year!.......A few weeks ago I found out that Erica Durance is pregnant again with a boy.......Is that the cause or the ION Channel (USA).......Alex being pregnant on the show when she is with Charlie should cause no problems. Alex & Charlie must had sex during his three month recuperation...If Charlie was shot & killed and he is a ghost (Hopefully not).....But if Alex was shot!......I do not know and wondering your thoughts at why it is taking Saving Hope so long to show Season 5?...
shareThe article mentioned that 2017 is Canada's 150th anniversary, and CTV wants to celebrate that by showcasing its homegrown content. Since Saving Hope is an original Canadian show/production, it will be part of that showcase/celebration.
Filming began earlier than normal this year...I think the crew had no idea the push back was going to happen and figured it would premiere in September as usual. I also think Erica's pregnancy had nothing to do with the move, and we'll have to see if it is worked into the show again. Filming will wrap up in late October or early November.

Thank you for your prompt response......I think Saving Hope Canada could have had Season 5 release in the Fall of 2016 & could have made a special Saving Hope for Canada 150 Anniversary instead of getting people mad (Canada people & a few Americans people) because it is taking Saving Hope longer to show Season 5... almost a year!.....I am hoping that Erica pregnancy gets written into the show. I want to see Alex is pregnant when it is definitely is Charlie baby!
