I think Dawn has feelings for Alex,I mean the way she always looks at her is jus to die for..ANYONE ELSE THINK SO??Love the way Dawn always looks at Alex,absolutely lovely!!

To save her life.....Dawn was married to Charlie and Dawn still loves Charlie at the conclusion of Season 2 Episode 18 and at the beginning of Season 3. But Charlie loves Alex and To have Dawn hold Alex Heart literally in her hands. Ever Doctor wants the person their operation on to live. Plus, to have Alex life entrusted into Dawn hands and knowing that Alex is someone who Charlie loves and Dawn cares for Charlie. Also, Alex & Dawn are friends at the time. So, of course Dawn has feeling for Alex as a friend and as a woman (Alex) that Charlie loves.....

But do u think she (Dawn)has real feelings for Alex..If u go back to S3E17 when Dawn gives her the gift u can really tell..IDK MAYB ITS JUS ME..

I think it's merely respect. Dawn no longer sees Alex as a meager Resident or the person who stole her husband.

suzancute...Maybe, it is you...LOL......In Season 3 Episode 17, I think Dawn is realizing that Alex is about to a Mother. Something that Dawn will never do...I think Dawn envy's that! I also thought, that Dawn is realizing that she will lose Charlie.....It is one thing to have the person you love ...love somebody else but to love somebody else and a baby (Family)! In Season 3 Episode 18, when Dawn was in the operating room and with the phone call from Maggie to Charlie saying that Alex was about to give birth....It hit Dawn there too. At the end of Season 3 Episode 18, I don't think Dawn was crying because of the loss of Joel but I thought she was crying for the loss of Charlie and Charlie becoming a Father to Alex baby. Something that Dawn wanted all along is to have Charlie to become Father to her baby which is not going to happen........I do not know if you seen Season 4 but Dawn will wind up with a good guy and the end of Season 4.....You know him as _ _ _!
