This is awful! no season 6??? I haven't seen all of s4 yet in America. I wanted Maggie to be happy and try to have a rainbow baby :( And I wanted Gavin to guest star or something... I miss him. Also what happened to that gay OBGYN chick? The last I remember seeing her was when she came out to her fiancé, did she transfer or something??

shareYes, Sydney transferred. We do get to see her for a couple episodes later in Season 4.
No idea what Season 5 holds, we'll have to see. But I think they knew it would be the last season, so loose storylines should be tied up by the end.

Sidney went to Israeli to be with her girlfriend (S4E12).....Saving Hope was not cancel, the Actors - Michael Shank & Erica Durance, along with the writers and the producers and Bell/CTV Channel decided to end Saving Hope.......Erica Durance , announce she was pregnant again with another son on June 9, 2016 . I think when Erica, finding out that she pregnant again with another son and having to take care of a newborn, having to take of a two year old Lochlan, having to act and produce! How exhausting!........Season 5 - I know that Alex is going be pregnant again. I know that the end of Season 5, Alex is going to have a engagement ring on! Hopefully, Alex and Charlie will get married!.......I like Dawn Bell with Zac Miller instead of Zac with ICU Doctor........, the Real question: Who is Luke Biological Father? Will the answered be in Season 5.......Hopefully so, but, I do not wish the baby to be Joel's! If, Saving Hope is going to make Luke, Biological Father, Joel because Alex is pregnant again with Charlie baby....I said, that Saving Hope is taking the easy way out!
